These are the rules for using MootsNearby, run by Janzen Works LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- One account per person, and it must be you. No business accounts, no accounts for other people.
- Your handle, photo and summary must be yours and must not impersonate anyone.
What you may not do
- Post or send nudity or sexual content, anywhere on MootsNearby, including private chat.
- Harass, threaten, or deceive other members.
- Offer or seek sexual services, or anything for payment that the law forbids.
- Share images of other people without their consent.
- Advertise or spam. Offers may describe what you provide, but may not contain links or addresses.
- Scrape, automate, or try to work out anyone’s exact location.
Breaking these rules gets your account removed. We may remove any content or account at our discretion, and will say why where we can.
Meeting people
MootsNearby introduces people; what happens next is between you. We do not vet members, verify what they say, or take part in anything you arrange, including anything paid for. Meet in public places first, tell someone where you are going, and trust your judgement. Block and report are always one tap away.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to show it to other members as the service works, and to process it (for example, to match it) as described in the privacy policy. Delete your account and we delete it.
Membership
Some features need a paid membership. Prices and what they include are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time and keep the features until the period you paid for ends.
The service itself
MootsNearby is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be, and we are not responsible for what members do or for losses that come from using the service, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States.
Changes and contact
